Project Benefits
The plan for The Residences at Brynwood offers many benefits to the community:

- Generate more than $1.5 million in annual property tax revenue for
Town and School District
- $237,097 annually in new revenue for the Town of North Castle.
- Over $1 million annually for Byram Hills School District
- Estimated 14 or fewer school-age children
- More than $1.4 million in one-time building and
recreation fees would be paid to the Town
- Limited impact on Town services, most privately maintained
- A commitment to work with the Town to address any remaining impacts
- Save the existing golf course and preserve over +/- 140 acres of
permanent open space
- Create a substantial number of construction jobs and
over 75 new permanent jobs
